Date and Oat Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are full of healthy ingredients including dates, oats, seeds, and nuts. They are easily customizable if you prefer different ingredients then what is listed below. These include fiber from the oats and flaxseeds, a sweetness without added sugar from the dates, and protein from the nut butters!


1 Cup of Dates

2 Cups of Oats

1 Tbsp of Cinnamon

1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp of Flaxseeds

1 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs

1 Tbsp of Almond Butter


1.Boil dates in water on medium for 5 minutes to soften. (save water for use)

2.Add dates and all ingredients to blender or food processor.

3.Use a splash of the water used to boil the dates to help blend.

(too much water will make it soggy)

4.Blend until everything is mixed together.

5.Form into balls and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.

6.Plate the bliss balls and sprinkle cacao powder and cinnamon on top and serve!
