Dragon Fruit Smoothie

1 cup of frozen dragon fruit,

passion fruit, and mango mix

1/2 avocado

2 tbsp flaxseeds

2 oz oat milk

4 oz filtered water

1 tbsp chia seeds

Step by Step

1.Add frozen fruit, 1/2 avocado, 2, oz oat milk, 4 oz of filtered water, and 2 tbsp flaxseeds to blender.

2.Blend ingredients together for a few seconds.

3.Pour smoothie into glass and top off with chia seeds and mix.
