Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

There's nothing like having fries that are cooked to your personal preference so I wanted to share with you how simple and inexpensive it can be in your own home. This recipe is easy to modify in regards to the seasonings and coating so feel free to adjust to what you prefer! These sweet potato fries are perfect for an appetizer while having guests over. Also great as a side dish for your plant-based veggie burgers or crispy tofu. Show your friends how great of a cook you are! (With this super easy recipe).

What You'll Need:

5 small sweet potatoes

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of corn starch

1/4 cup of bread crumbs

2 teaspoons of olive oil

chopped green onions

(optional) avocado dipping sauce


Step By Step Instructions

1.Cut sweet potatoes into fries and place in a bowl

2.Coat sweet potato fries with 2 teaspoons of olive oil

3.Measure your spices to 1 teaspoon and add to bowl

4.Add corn starch and bread crumbs to the bowl

5.Mix all of these ingredients until sweet potatoes are coated

6.Place parchment paper on tray and add the fries

7.Bake in oven 350 degrees for 15 or air-fryer for 15 minutes

8.Plate the sweet potato fries and add chopped green onions for a garnish
