The current business hours remain the same throughout the week opening at 11:00am to 3:00pm. They close for a small break and re-open for dinner time from 4:30pm to 8:30pm.

The menu is broken down in categories by appetizers, salads, soups, noodle soups, and rice plates, entrees, specials, side orders, drinks, and desserts. They also offer whole cakes to order for special events, packaged snacks, and vegan jerky.
Upon visiting, I've tried a few appetizers that are delicious and served with a sweet and sour plum sauce that Im obsessed with! The vegetable filling in the appetizers are also flavorful and cooked to a crisp.

The entrees available at Merit all look incredible; I mean, there's so many to try! I've only had the opportunity to visit Merit two times so I haven't tried many entrees yet however, from what I've tried they have been exceptional.
The sweet and sour house-made orange sauce from the Golden Nuggets needs to be sold in a bottle immediately. Orange slices are included in this entree and it adds a sweet and tangy flavor as well as a nice touch to the overall dish.
The Sweet and Savory as stated, is a great balance between the two! The sauce absorbs in all of the fruit and veggies included in this dish as well as the fried-nuggets.
